INNOVATION HUB
Consulted on a 1.2 million square foot restoration project in the center of Detroit focused on cutting-edge technology, local arts, and culture hub. Auster consulted on building out the on-the-ground strategy introducing the station as a fabric of the neighborhood, a must-see destination that welcomes visitors from Detroit, the region, and around the world to experience the commercial space as a centerpiece for the future of mobility- inclusive of retail, restaurants, and hospitality within Detroit’s Central Station.

THE FIRST OF IT'S KIND
Consulted on developing the brand, full funnel marketing strategy, and launch of the Brooklyn Made Store in Industry City in partnership with the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. Auster helped identify and promote designers, makers, and entrepreneurs, mostly from communities of color, who embody the essence of what it means to be from Brooklyn, as represented through their unique products.

e intricacies of a borough that has been shaped and reshaped by the ever-changing flow of different populations and cultures that have found their way to Brooklyn for over three hundred years.

THE BUZZ IS BACK
Consulted on the REBNY annual historic real estate networking event – bringing together over 1,000 top developers, brokers, and major public officials to connect, exchange insights, and celebrate New York. Auster rebranded, relaunched, and reintroduced the gala to its constituents by elevating the brand, spearheading the logistics, and crafting a multi-dimensional experience at the Glass Houses.

In concert with the reopening of New York City, Auster created a free, multidisciplinary arts and cultural programming series, Happening Now at Hudson Yards. By building collaborative partnerships with local makers, artists, and performers, Auster drew audiences to New York’s newest neighborhood.

Auster concepted and branded five dynamic spaces within this one million square foot shopping center to create a more intimate and immersive experience, elevating foot traffic back to pre-pandemic levels.
